As well check for environmental allergens you might be exposed to regularly without realizing such as mold.
Hypo-Thyroidism: Very common amongst women, this condition causes various health problems such as a weakened immune response and a constant feeling of cold hands and feet. I would highly suggest you look into using a supplement known as Lugols Iodine or Iodoral which when taken daily have found to be more effective at correcting hypo-thyroidism than anything else.
Candida Overgrowth: If you have the above 2 issues than Candida will almost inevitably be another condition you will have to deal with.
